A free 30 minute consultation to discuss your hopes for doula support, get to know each other, and design a package that feels right for you. Offered virtually via Zoom.

Birth & Postpartum Support
$2000 (sliding scale available)



2 Prenatal Visits
During your prenatal visits, we will cover your birth hopes & preferences, comfort techniques, stages of childbirth, draft a birth plan, practice laboring scenarios, and make preparations for newborn care and postpartum life. Offered in-person.

Labor and Delivery Support
On-call, 24/7 support via text, phone, and email starts at 37 weeks/
I will meet you in your home or hospital to provide support and advocacy for the duration of labor and will stay 1-2 hours after delivery.  
              
1 Postpartum Visit
 During your postpartum visit, I can offer lactation support, help you process your birth experience, and faciliate connections to community resources for additional support.

Baby Heartbeat Recording Mementos
$200 for non-clients, $100 for current clients
A 1-hour meditative session offered in the comfort of your home to regulate the nervous system and record the baby’s heartbeat. You will receive an MP3, CD recording, and CD player containing your baby’s heartbeat. 

Abortion Support
Pay what you can
Emotional, physical and informational support pre-abortion, during, and post-abortion. This includes:

Evidence-based information and resources on at-home and in-clinic abortion options  
Assistance with navigating conversations with healthcare providers, and connecting to local & national resources 
In-person or virtual support during and after your in-clinic or at-home abortion, as well as emotional support in the weeks following to process your abortion experience
