Holistic Birth Package
The most comprehensive offering for folks interested in receiving unwavering support throughout their pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum period.
$1500-$2000
- Basic childbirth education to understand the stages of labor, common medical procedures, changes to expect during each trimester

Practical newborn and postpartum education to feel prepared for the first few weeks home.
- Gentle movement and stretches to use throughout pregnancy, informed by the Spinning Babies method.

Identifying pain management and comfort techniques for you to use during labor

Guided breathwork and visualization techniques
- Digital download access to 300+ pages of all The Educated Birth Toolkits. The Educated Birth is a BIPOC, woman owned company that creates inclusive childbirth educational materials.
- Starting 3 weeks before your due date, I will be on call 24/7 for your family to meet you in your home/hospital/birthing center at any point you decide during your labor. I will provide support and advocacy for the duration of labor and will stay 1-2 hours after delivery.
- Unlimited phone/text starting at 37 weeks
- Direct infant care including feeding, diapering, soothing, holding baby while parents rest
- Light housework including washing bottle pump parts, dishes, laundry
- Lactation support & infant feeding guidance, informed by my training through Manhattan Birth’s Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist intensive program.

I accept out-of-pocket payment and Carrot Fertility reimbursement.
