An herbal foot soak with epsom salts & foot massage with coconut oil to reduce swelling. Offered as an add-on to any postpartum visit.

Herbal Sitz Bath Blend ($25)

A blend of gentle herbs and epsom salts to promote perineum healing. I will prepare the sitz bath for you during postpartum visits. Each blend is good for 6-8 sitz baths

Filipino Soup Delivery 
($50)
Four portions of tinola, arrozcaldo, or nilaga. Includes food preparation, pacakaging, and delivery to your home.


Baby Heartbeat Recording 
($50)
An at-home recording session to capture your baby’s heartbeat using a baby stethescope. You will receive an MP3, CD & CD Player containing your baby’s heartbeat.
